Human Resources Coordinator
Job Summary - Vaco has partnered with a Manufacturing company and they have an opening for a HR Coordinator. This role of Human Resources Coordinator is exposed to all HR procedures and assists with various tasks throughout the department. The ideal candidate will have exposure to benefits and payroll.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding
- Maintain employee files
- Point of contact for recruitment efforts
- Complete timesheet validation in ADP Payroll
- Assist in handling employee complaints
- Assist HR Manager with updating and communicating HR policies and procedures.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Experience/Essentials -
- Bachelor's degree in business or 2+ years of related experience.
- Proven experience working in Human Resources in a fast-paced environment.
- ADP TotalSource experience
- Prior benefits/onboarding/some payroll is required
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
Schedule/Benefits - 830-5, 1/2 hr. lunch, m-f, 60 day medical, 90 day 401k
